Last week I wrote about Leadership, Influence and Power… how we can use it to Empower or Overpower.
If leadership is influence then influence is power.
How you use it matters. The outcome of your leadership is, in part, based on your intent.
The question you need to ask yourself is… “Who am I using my power for?”
Is it for you or is it for them (those you serve)?
