A recent thirty something reached out to me looking for a job. I listened as he shared all the things he was interested in (none of which fit what we did at GiANT). As he shared I could feel the pressure he was under to find a job.
Identify, understand, choose, practice, share. Attitude change can happen, but only when you are ready to get to the core, deal with reality and decide to do something about it.
